Yes, I know exactly what you mean, cause here in Ireland the fear of looking stupid during meetings is pretty much the same.

And yes, it&#039;s goon that younger generations make some changes! What&#039;s even better though is that we&#039;re part of this generation! :)

Speaking of &quot;speaking up&quot;, in Asian countries, people are generally not accustomed to speaking up for fear of looking stupid. Face value is extremely important to Asians, for one reason or another. But the good news is this is rapidly changing as the younger generations becomes more exposed and open-minded :)</description>
