Long meetings bore the hell out of me! Speaking of "speaking up", in Asian countries, people are generally not accustomed to speaking up for fear of looking stupid. Face value is extremely important to Asians, for one reason or another. But the good news is this is rapidly changing as the younger generations becomes more exposed and open-minded :) Great article!
