Hey Gleb!! We just ran across your blog and we wanted to tell you that you're awesome. We love what you're doing here. Maggie wants to add that she thinks you're pretty cute but maybe you should change up the hairstyle to something a little bit crazier. Take a risk, you know what I mean? ;)

Great Blog!

It is amazing the number of Goal Setting Techniques people use! I have been in sales for as long as I can remember, and personally use Brian Tracy's Ten Goal Method,

Have you come across this?

Thanks for your comment, Benoit!

Goals need to be simple yet accurate, otherwise it will be just like you said - hard to see whether you've reached them or not.

Good luck with your new blog!

Hi Gleb :)

Thanks for taking the time to add a list of goal setting articles. I personally feel that specifying goals clearly is very important. Sometimes I personally in the past have decided on goals for the new year that were too vague and too broad. After a month or so into the year, it was hard for me to pin down how close or how far away I was from achieving my goals.

By the way, based on the categories that you have listed, I plan on visiting your site again. I have just recently started my own blog on personal and financial development. Feel free to visit anytime :)

Thanks, Greg!

You're absolutely right, you need to both be conscious and strong to be honest and change.

As for the design, I'll be applying a different theme soon enough, so hope you'll like it even more! :)

I too was struck by the Steve Pavlina article on character. But it takes character to be able to be that honest with one's self, and not just make excuses. Thanks for the resources. You have a great looking site.
