I mean--just look at at athletes body types. Would you rather look like a pro quarterback or a marathon runner..?

The quarterback definitely is stronger and has healthier, more ATTRACTIVE look--like you said.

Great to hear from you again!! I got your contact form message a few weeks ago but didn&#039;t know how to reply cause you left no real email address.

I totally understand what you&#039;re saying. Luckily for all of us though, I definitely have a lot to say - I&#039;ve just been busy with other projects and also had a looong queue of commitments in terms of reviews and guest posts. Reviews just had to be done because I have promised to do them, but I&#039;m almost finished!

I&#039;m off to holidays this Friday for 2 weeks, so will be back soon enough with fresh ideas.
